Privacy Policy

Account. Your email and display name when you sign up (email/password, Google, or Apple). If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we only receive the relay address.

Profile & garage. Anything you add: handle, bio, location text, avatar and banner images, and the cars in your garage (photos, specs, mods).

Location. With your permission, your device location is used to center the map, compute distances to meets, and check you in when you are within ~300 m of a live meet. We store check-in events, not a continuous location history.

Content. Meets you host, RSVPs, chat and direct messages, photo-gallery uploads, crews, and CarDex entries.

Usage. Basic, first-party product analytics (e.g. screen interactions) to improve the app. No advertising identifiers.

To operate core features: the live map, RSVPs, Bring-Your-Car, proximity check-in, chat, crews, reminders, and the CarDex collection. To keep the community safe (moderation of reports and blocks). To maintain and improve the service.

Your profile, hosted meets, brought cars, and CarDex-visible cars are visible to other users by design. You can turn off a car's appearance in other users' CarDex from its detail screen. We share data with infrastructure providers (Vercel for hosting, our own database server) solely to run the service.

You can edit or remove your profile and garage at any time. You can revoke location permission in your device settings. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from Settings → Account → Delete account, or by emailing support@korsamaps.app.

We keep your data until you delete your account, after which it is removed from our active database. We use industry-standard measures to protect data in transit (HTTPS) and at rest.

KORSA Maps is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
